Interests: hockey, moving to a new home, siblings, Christmas, winter

A hockey-mad brother and sister are sad about moving from Saskatchewan to Nova Scotia. They especially miss playing on frozen ponds and lakes, but Christmas Eve brings a wonderful surprise: their father has made a skating rink in their backyard and all their neighbours come over to play.

This story revolves around a very close sibling relationship, bonding together over their love of hockey. It also deals with the sadness of moving away from your friends and making a new home in a new town.
